After a death in the family, the manager showed no empathy and used profanity towards us. This treatment, and it was unacceptable from someone in his position.

great stay with a few hiccups

The studio suite was comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Having a washer/dryer in the room was convenient, especially during a long trip. The hotel provided easy access to local restaurants and stores.

The front desk was often unattended, causing delays during check-in.

Loved the spacious studio suite w/ full kitchen! Perfect for my solo trip. The only issue was the deposit confusion at check-out. A really good stay 😊

The staff were super friendly always greeting us with smiles and asking if we needed anything. The hotel had really nice outdoor seating areas and the pool was perfect. There's a fitness room too which is great for workouts.

The nearby El Indio Mexican Food was a total game-changer, serving up some of the best seasoned fries I've ever had. My suite had a lovely view of the heated pool and mountains. Those brand new, clean vibes. A good coffee machine in the lobby ramped up my mornings quite a bit!

On the flip side, the doors to the building were hit or miss-only 2 out of 4 were working . I also had a noisy neighbor that blasted music early in the morning, a bit of a bummer. Not exactly the restful retreat I was hoping for.

The stay was amazing aside from some minor inconveniences, like unclear handling of the deposit at check-out and the front desk being unattended overnight. The room's amenities provided excellent comfort during the trip, and the proximity to local attractions was another big plus.

I appreciated the easy access to local stores and restaurants just a short walk away. Try to ask for a room away from the main areas for a quieter experience.

The location is great, being only 0.5 miles away from the airport, and the staff is very helpful and informative.
